Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Brandon

I just moved to Brandon this May 2018, I decided to eat at this pizza hut location for my lunch. I was attended by a teenage female employee who gave me the worst, rude, racist and prejudiced service ever!!! I am pretty sure I asked this employee for a dine in but to my suprise when the oder was delivered to me it was for pick up. I asked this employee nicely that I wanted a dine in and not a pick up order but she was very insistent about it. She told me that I did a pick up and not a dine in, so I told her if it is possible just to make my order a dine in. She persistently told me, " Oh sorry the order was made for a pick up already and not a dine in, "YOU CANNOT EAT HERE" because your oder is for pick up. What was ironic, there were no customers that time in their restaurant. I made a complaint by phone and the manager assured me she will talk to this rude, lazy, racist and prejudiced employee about her unprofessional and very nasty attitude towards me. The manager even gave me a $25.00 credit in this pizza hut location. The manager in this pizza hut store showed backbone and she was very responsive. Great manager! I wish that racist employee will learn her bitchy lesson towards customers who pays for her salary and the business she works in. Manager is great but some of the employess are...

Catastrophic. Sunday evening, I am the only guest not served yet. The whole place looks like a Pigstall. Dirty tables and empty boxes everywhere. I order a pizza and wings. For about 30 minutes nothing happens. I count 6 employees all young folks. They are playing and chatting with each other. No one cares about cleaning or about my order. After half an hour I ask. The waitress tells that they are having a computer problem. Communication with the kitchen no works properly, which is - mildly spoken- entire nonsense. She lies and she lies again telling me that my meal will now be out in a minute. 7 minutes later I leave. I have never before seen such a poor performance in a pizza hut. I don'the even blame the kids although I would fire them for pedagogical reasons- they have to learn that complete misbehavior has consequences. Pizza Hut buffet! I don’t know how to explain this without sounding… unhinged. You walk in, and it’s like okay, they get it! All the pizza you could possibly want! Cheese, pepperoni, sausage, more cheese, cheese on top of cheese. And the breadsticks ohhh, the breadsticks! Garlic butter, warm, soft, slightly evil in their deliciousness!

You know how you go to some places and you’re like, “This is fine”? Fine?! This is better than fine. You get a little of everything, you pile it on your plate, you sit down, and suddenly you’re eating like a king or a slightly gluttonous emperor, but who cares?! The salad? Sure, it’s salad. But the pizza! The pizza! You forget all your problems. Life is chaos, sure but at Pizza Hut, for those precious twenty minutes, everything makes sense.

And the best part? You don’t have to make a decision. You don’t have to commit to one flavor. You want all of them? Go ahead. That’s freedom!...
