McDonald's — Restaurant in Brandon

Wish there was option for zero stars, anyways I work at Walmart and even after trying so bad not to go there due to their constant bad service, I did go today! Ordered my coffee, got one stale as hack, smelled burnt, can’t even chug for crying out loud. Got other teammates opinion making them smell my coffee and they were of the same opinion as I was, decided to go back with full medium coffe minus 2 sips and possibly change it with a fresh one. The manager and other associate looked at me, came and made weird faces… like what!? What’s wrong? How?? I am trying to explain politely and the manager(seems irritated already) jumps in, arguing how he is making it perfect and constantly denying, doesn’t want to listen, and rude as bad as can be. Anyways, he did replace it for me, and I’m looking at them, the girl and the manager are talking about me making fun and girl is rolling her eyes. I was so disgusted, I never even want to go back there. To the owners, if you care, maybe come by as a customer under cover and see their attitude and arrogance, I have had multiple experiences of their “ I don’t care” behaviour, but never had time enough to say anything about it, but today it was a hit! Ordered, and waited a long time. At least my 4yo girls order was right. I ordered my habanero chicken sandwich, and was just a regular crispy chicken when given my order.... I looked, and double checked my receipt.... Then went back to the counter. Waited at least 5 minutes while ignored by 3 employees to get the sauce on my chicken burger. I would have taken it on the side even. Sheesh.

When an employee finally acknowleged me and came by i simply mentioned it was wrong and got "well.... I guess we can make a new one"... I simply just wanted what I ordered. 😒

All the employees seem to just be there for a paycheck. No hustle AT ALL. You watch them just walk around, and you kind of wonder what for.

Here, I only went in because my girl wanted McDonalds, and we needed school items in the wal mart. I regretted every minute of coming to this in store restaurant...

Ill just go to the stand alone next time. They are 100x faster and more attentive to...

Have to downgrade my previous review. Have had an issue almost every time I've gone in for the past few months. The employees are usually very nice and friendly but kind service can only get you so far.

Just today something I ordered needed a 12 minute wait, and instead of making my cold smoothie closer to when everything else was ready they made it asap and it was watery / melted by the time they handed me my entire meal.

Always ask to have cheese removed on my burgers, but half the time the cheese is still there.
