This was our first visit from out of town and honestly we were pleasantly surprised. We come to Brandon once a year and always saw Twisters on the way in from the airport but had never visited it. We'll we are now glad we did.
They have many soft and hard ice cream flavors as well as many nest and delightful concoctions that they've come up with. My wife had a special upside down banana split in a cup that she thoroughly enjoyed and it looked amazing.
The soft serve was very delicious and was actually iced cream, not the silly iced milk you get from the national chain in town.
We will definitely be back here on our next visit and are already looking...

On first glance it appears that Twisters tried to compete against Dairy Queen, as the menu selection shown on the wall was quite varied. And, based on the way the store was inside, it appears they didn't win. The lighting was dark on the one wall, and the service was okay at best. Read moreStanding in the place right now with my family...OMG no one knows what's going on, not even their own menu. Their politeness is the only redeeming quality. People who are gluten free or celiac should avoid not necessarily for gf reasons but for lack of knowledge. Eat at your own risk.
