Only one employee was working and trying hard to keep up. We were the first to order, but it still took 25 minutes for our order to be ready. One dish was FAR spicier than the other. When I mentioned this, the manager appeared from the back and told me that he understands that people like me can’t handle the medium spice like they can. Since we are able to handle ghost pepper wings, I disagree with this argument. What I think happened is that the single employee accidentally added more spice because he was frazzled and had to do everything in his own when we ordered. Understandably. But it was very disappointing that customer satisfaction and providing an edible product mean nothing at this location. It took a while, but eventually he made a new dish. We were able to finally eat 50 minutes after originally ordering. Be careful ordering here. Had a had a better look at the grime in the overhead vent and other areas of the kitchen, i wood have not ordered in the first place....

Okay so I want to start with the fact that this is one of my favorite restaurant chains ever. However this one is so disgusting. At first it wasnt so bad they just didn't have enough sauce in my tofu fried rice. It was pretty white and flavorless. So I just asked them to add more and said they didnt have to remake it. Typically a restaurant would just add more sauce to the take out box. Keep in mine I ate out of this box so my spit would be in the food after the fork went back into the rice. They just put the food back into the pan...and they did not clean that pan before using it for someone else. Now for those of you who are like whats the issue? What if they did this and I have a contagious disease like HIV!? Thank goodness I dont. Stay clear of the one in...

This was so bad I actually threw it out. No flavor they only put salt and pepper in my basil fried cauliflower rice with tofu on top of that my order took 45mins and I was the only order...then they put chicken in it and had to remake it and my husband got his a half hour before I got mine...it was on the same order. Then as you can see in my photo the tufo was over cooked. I love thia express and this location shouldn't have the name as I have been ordering the same...
