Specifically asked for decaf , very clear on this as I have high blood pressure and can not drink caffeine as it sends me to the ER. The assistant manager (someone who should be taking orders seriously, people dont order decaf because they WANT to drink decaf) gave me regular coffee. Now on my way to the doctor because of the reaction. Spoke to them on the phone as I wanted to let them know what the mistake was and that it caused a bad reaction so they would be more careful in the future and the "assistant manager" argued that I didnt clarify decaf, which I did as I NEED TOO, and then insincerely said sorry , just make sure you tell them when you come back. Last may 17 2025 we went there and order a large red eye ice coffee with xtra shot of expresso.. the indian guy punched in the pos 3 shots of expresso which cost a lot rather than punching a large red eye ice coffee with 1 xtra shot expresso. I told him he should punch it that way.. but he keeps on telling me there is no button for red eye ice coffee which is pretty 🤔 and even told me punch it myself on their pos.. i told them ohh i can do that...which is really not nice to tell like that on a customer. Red eye ice coffee is my husbands favorite so we just ended up getting the regular ice coffee. I really don’t understand why this branch is open if they are not even responsible to fulfill the order. Today again it happened to me I did mobile order of coffee and Garlic bread . Normally it takes 10-15 min to make order but after waiting 20 min which is not an issue but then employee name (Aman) said we have just sold our last garlic bread and I was waiting there after giving order and I didn’t see anyone taking garlic bread and still because of rush I understand that it might be finished so I try to get herb and garlic savoury pastry instead of garlic bread and they said this is also not available.
