Takes about 30 minutes to get ur order. Slow service and staff don’t care about customers needs, treating complaints like a joke. They had been putting a sweet mayo on their jr buddy ckn burgers which I don’t like. so I get a regular cubby burger because I know that mayo is not sweet. Only to have them give me a full sized chubby burger with the jr chubby sweet mayo on it. When I told them the wrong sauce was used they tried to tell me nothing has changed and all sauces are correct. The website states it’s the same mayo but u get a different sauce on these burgers. One is sweet other is regular mayo. It’s become obvious they are either not labeling sauce correctly or not able to tell the difference between them. The cook would only give me refund after she called manager on her personal phone because she wanted to insist that’s what I get. Hate having to argue with staff at this location about quality and wait time. I’m a regular customer and I’m regularly disappointed. Customer service is totally unacceptable. I am a vegetarian. I often go there ask about hashbrown in a bun manager do that for me but the staff they told we will give you a bun and a hashbrowon in separate bag. They cannot able to give me onions. They told me that you have to put ketchup and mayo in the bun by yourself. and when I said it okay I don’t want it lady told me you have to pay now it is ready. I had a very disappointing experience at this A&W location. When I visited, I was shocked by the lack of basic customer service. The staff showed no manners while interacting with customers, and their attitude was extremely unprofessional. I asked a simple question and was either ignored or spoken to rudely. One staff member in particular, Amy, was especially disrespectful and unhelpful.

As a paying customer, I expect at least a courteous response and a willingness to help, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope the management takes this seriously and provides proper training to ensure better service...
