Updated Review: I originally left a review about my experience, and instead of taking responsibility or showing professionalism, the business decided to respond with blatant lies and personal attacks. Let me set the record straight. 1. The State of the Food – They claim I "used too much sauce" even though my order was already drowned in it, as shown in the attached photo. They also claim the lettuce was fresh, yet I received wilted, soggy lettuce mixed into a mess that was barely edible. 2. The Name Confusion – They attempt to discredit me because my Uber Eats order was under a different name. This is common—many people use different names on apps or have someone else pick up their order. This does not change the fact that the food was unacceptable. 3. False Accusations of Threats & Aggression – I walked in calmly and respectfully, even expressing that I felt embarrassed to bring up the issue since I have never had a complaint about food before. Before I could even finish explaining, the staff immediately got defensive, refused to listen, and walked away. I did not yell in the parking lot, and I certainly did not make threats. These are outright lies to cover up their poor customer service. 4. The "80% Gone" Lie – They claim I ate most of the meal before complaining. Look at the attached photo. Does that look like "80% gone" to you? This is a blatant attempt to discredit me, and it shows their dishonesty to anyone reading this. 5. The "Remake Offer" – The owner chased after me outside yelling that he would remake it, only after I was already leaving upset. A proper business would have handled the issue professionally from the start, instead of ignoring the customer, then trying to save face when they realized I wasn't going to let this slide. Instead of taking constructive feedback, they chose to lie, manipulate, and attack a customer. If they put half as much effort into food quality and customer service as they do into fabricating responses, this wouldn't be an issue. Bottom line: If you want a real Dorito taco box, go to Lonnies. You'll get better quality, better service, and for half the price.

So I ordered Gillies today. I got a medium Canadian pizza, a buffalo chicken poutine and a small fries. First impression when I retrieved by food was that the poutine looked small for the price but then I opened up the box and it was beautifully loaded right to the top! Sigh of relief. The fries alone are remarkable, they are like a cross breed between Wendy's and A&W but better. I would've preferred them a little more crispy but they could've gotten a little soggy during the delivery. Then I tried the poutine. It's a pretty decent poutine. The chicken was juicy, the cheese was completely melted so take that into consideration if you are looking for Montreal cheese curds look somewhere else. I don't care either way but they do load it with cheese so you get an official cheese pull! Now for the pizza, I decided to get the sweet pizza sauce instead of the traditional. I'm glad I did. It's like stromboli's but actually tasty. The cheese to sauce ratio is okay, I would've preferred more cheese though. That crust is a bite of delight. However it is a floppy pizza. So if you don't like floppy pizza's this ain't for you. Next time I'll have to try it in the restaurant to get a sense of the service and atmosphere. Till next time!

Unless you want food from a daycare I would go elsewhere . They constantly have kids (staffs children in there) according to research that should not be happening it's unsanitary and dangerous . I have ordered 6 times now 5 times they had their children in there . All 5 of those times my food was undercooked,  overcooked or ice cold . 2 times it took 10 minutes for a employee to come to the front to take my order all while a employee with a small child sat out front watching me wait The awesome sauce Pizza isn't even a pizza the moment you pick it up it falls apart . It's thinner then a dime even when you ask for thick dough . The wings and grilled chicken for wraps are always dryer then the dessert . Popcorn Chicken has more air then the chicken . The cheesecake isn't made with real Cream cheese you can tell by the taste . Their burgers are always made sloppy and falling apart . Their Chicken tenders are so small that the price isn't worth it . And they charge you $6 plus tax for a salad that your require to put together and the Panz/Calz  or...
