It’s a very good sweet shop. No one in the area still beats them in the sweets quality or taste except Jalebi which is a hit or miss depending on how old they are.
For food I’ll consider it as a pick up place.
They do offer dine in option but it’s not a fine dine.
It’s more like you order the food and pick it up from the counter and eat it on the table.
You have to keep on looking at the front counter because they are very soft spoken and they don’t have a mic system. It’s not comparable to Sindhi, Haldiram or Gopal sweets style dine in.
They dine in food will be in disposable sectional or paper plates with plastic spoons.
The presentation of the food doesn’t justify the food shown on the website or the walls outside the shop.
The taste of the food is more like if you ever attended a marriage in a village of Punjab. The food is not bad at all it’s very simple in terms of taste, spices or smell like an authentic pind style food.
If you are from a city, big town this place might not satisfy your hunger.
I feel it’s a family run business and it’s one the old shops in Brantford and people still have loyalty towards the shop but with new/other food places opening around they should raise the bar.
They have the decent size place, good sitting and should travel to similar places to see what they can do differently.
I wish them a very...

OCTOBER 28th, 2020. The owner reached out and was kind enough to make up for my first experience there. I ended up reordering exactly what I had ordered before, just to verify the quality of the food. This time it was like I got food from a different restaurant. The quality was there. The taste was great. It was very enjoyable. I do hope they can maintain the consistency because I'm right down the street. The chicke pakora was seasoned and spicy and fresh. The tika masal was delicious. Naan soft. And the noodles were great. Will be back for more.
Guys if you see this, please maintain the consistency.
Very disappointed. Food tastes very poorly. Prices were ok. But very very disappointing food. Got the chicken pakora, indian hakka noodles, chicken tikka masala and tandoori chicken legs. It was all completely tasteless and I would not...
Read moreOk, so this is like the 3rd 5 star review I've given an Indian food place in like 6 months. Brantford is killing it with the Indian cuisine and this place is no exception. Order from here twice and both times it was amazing. Food seems a little bit greasier than some of the other places but to me that equals more delicious. Thanks for the killer curry and Biryani! I will be back.
Update: Unfortunately the consistency in this place is not on par. Last time I ordered the food was some of the most terrible Indian food I have ever eaten. Couldn't even eat it, absalulty flavorless. With this place it's a gamble if the food will be an amazing experience or if it should be tossed in the trash. It will definitely be a while before I give it another try, especially with all the other amazing Indian...
