I had the distinct pleasure of being served by Aman and Gurpreet during my recent visit to KFC, and I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, efficiency, and warmth. Their exemplary customer service skills stood out from the moment I entered the restaurant.

May 2, 2022 decided to go inside for a change instead of the drive thru. When I was ordering the person behind the counter said it will be 15 minutes for the chicken - I thought I can wait at least the chicken will be fresh and hot. This was 6.22. 15 minutes roll by - I can see them serving the drive thru customers - nobody comes to the front of the counter. Another gentleman had been waiting before me and I can hear him complaining that they always serve the drive thru first. I can say I have done the drive thru and it is not very quick either. 6.45 I start to stand right in front of the counter - no body comes finally 6.50 the girl looks at me and sees that I am annoyed she tell me the drive thru has been crazy - I am ready to cancel my order and she says it will be right out. Finally at 6.56 I get my food. Get home the grease had soaked through the box and bag - it was not very good. When I arrived the lady in front of me said she had been waiting 10 minutes at the counter to make her order. I could hear people chatting in the kitchen and moved to a spot where one of them could see me. Finally someone came out to take our orders. The staff were courteous and professional while taking and filling our orders.

I hadn't eaten KFC in over a couple of decades and decided that I wanted to satisfy a craving. Unfortunately after this experience I will never eat KFC ever again.
