I visited this location today and ordered a Chicken Taco combo and specifically asked that there be no lettuce and no fresco on my tacos. My receipt also showed that I asked for no lettuce and no fresco. I waited half an hour before I even got my food and when I brought it back to work to eat my lunch with the 5 minutes I had left my tacos were wrong. So after travelling 15 mins and waiting 30 mins my lunch break was over and I paid $15.00 to still be hungry. I called and asked to speak to a manager and was told there was not one on site. After explaining that I wanted the right food delivered and letting the woman know I was not satisfied she handed the phone over to another woman who was then magically a Manager. I explained to her again that I wanted the correct food delivered to me as I had already wasted enough time over lunch. She offered me that if I were to come back in tomorrow that she would give me the right food for free. This makes zero sense and as a "Manager" is incorrect customer service and problem solving skills. Why would I go out of my way to return to a restaurant that constantly gets orders wrong and has dissatisfied me. I once again asked when the Manager would be in and they took my number down and said they would get him to call me. Still with no confirmation that my situation would be rectified or when he would be calling me back. I wish I could rate this less than a 1 and I wish I could suggest others go to ANY other Taco Bell location but all of the locations in Brantford cannot seem to understand how to make a Taco with LESS INGREDIENTS. Im not asking for 6 extra items to be added on. I am making the job easier. All you have to do is put chicken and cheese on bread and hand it over. Read moreWell the guy in front of me waited 24 minutes for his one bag of food, and after standing in line behind him for 12 minutes while the one person in front of him was trying to figure out what they wanted to eat and asked every ingredient, the cashier kept running back to help the only line person make food. No hand washing between taking payments occurred before touching people's fries and rolling up burritos. I ordered a "two-piece Cinnabon from the value menu, please" to which the employees yelled back and forth to each other and their first language I'm assuming, and after three more attempts at her trying to both find what I'm asking for on the menu board and her comprehending but I was asking because she kept telling me it's a four piece and I said no it's a two piece on your value menu right there she still couldn't figure it out so I gave up. Read moreI ordered the Grilled Cheesy Burrito as it's very clearly labeled as being vegetarian (and certified by the American Vegetarian Association). Unfortunately when I bit into it there was very clearly ground beef. When asking the staff about this they were rather rude and argued that this item came with ground beef. A simple direction to the menu and the wording did not change their mind despite it clearly being stated.
Using the Taco Bell online contact form to enquire about this was useless as it constantly gives an error and does not work. So all in all I can not in good conscience ever return to the chain due to the horrible...
