By far the most DISGUSTING display of customer service that I have EVER seen!!! If I could leave a negative star review I would. This was shocking to me as I visit this location almost daily during the day and the ladies are fantastic. That was not the case this evening. A young man named Arad felt it appropriate to ask my Husband what his problem was and ask him why he had attitude while he was simply standing there waiting for his food. I overheard my Husband say excuse me, absolutely confused by this employees manner since he was just standing there. When my husband said he was just waiting for his chili, this kid starts arguing with him, insisting that he was giving him attitude. This continued to escalate as this young man clearly has no concept of what customer service is. Even after we had gone and sat down, he proceeded to taunt my Husband from behind the counter and laugh at us. At first, I thought this Arad was the manager since he was wearing a name tag that said manager but upon a closer look, his tag also said Amy, who he clearly was not. Big surprise, guy doesn't follow even the most basic of policies. Even his fellow employees looked embarrassed and a few tried to drag him into the back, which he refused. I asked for a supervisor who happened to return from her break just as I was asking for her. Even as she was attempting to handle the situation, Arad continued to argue and go off at both myself and my husband. It was such a scene that other customers actually came up to us in shock, unable to believe how out of control this kid was. I mentioned to both Arad and Colleen (the sup) that I was a manager just beside them and that I wouldn't be purchasing my items for events from this location ever again if Arad was a member of the staff to which he arrogantly replied 'People say that all the time to me and guess what? Nothing ever happens' The fact that he was so smug and sure of himself, so confident in his abuse of your customer's, leads me to believe that this was not the first time he has acted this way. Even the sup acknowledged that when she goes on break, he takes advantage of the situation. When I told him I couldn't believe how he could speak to a customer this way, he laughed and said he respected himself and wouldn't allow customers to look at him the way my husband did. Clearly he needs to change his line of work if a customer waiting for their order and looking in his general direction is enough for him to act this way. He even tried to refund our chili before making it and get rid of us, saying he just didn't feel like giving it to us anymore but thankfully, Colleen returned from break. I could go on and on about how appalled I am by this location and how they allow their employees to treat loyal, regular customers but I am hoping that this (along with all the other reviews and phone calls I'll be making tonight) is enough to have this disrespectful brat removed from what is otherwise a well run...
Read moreI hate Tim Hortons but as a last resort went there because I spent $40 on food that just wasn’t good. They had nothing but the least sold bagels, and I received terrible attitude because of it through the intercom.
When I reached the window to pay I refused my order and to pay because I did not want to spend MORE money on just a drink when I would be going somewhere else to spend more money to actually eat.
I went to the bathroom before I left, a 15 second drive from where I am staying, and when I got back I almost had a UTI from waiting so long for A DRINK.
I told the lady that for having no food their service was insanely slow and just terrible attitude, to which the lady slammed the window as I drove off.
I was driving off, she didn’t need to slam anything, she is only hurting her job and establishment.
If you’re so miserable please go to college and get a career like the rest of us.
If I could give 0 stars I would, but I gave one, mainly because it was my only option, but because their service was so slow I got a uti from waiting so long...
Read moreI come here once in a blue moon and I'm always disappointed when I do. With all the other locations nearby, I'm not coming here again. The last interaction I'll have is today, I ordered a tea with 4 sugar and 2 milk, a vanilla iced coffee, and a Boston cream donut. I get to the window, and they let me know they don't actually have a Boston cream. No worries, it happens. I chose something else, got everything, and drove off. I sipped my tea and realized I tasted no sugar. I thought it was at the bottom, and they just didn't stir it. Happens often enough I keep a pack of stir sticks in my car, I stirred it, had a sip, and realized there's no sugar whatsoever. I've worked at Tim Hortons when a tea was $1.70, mistakes were made for sure but with it being $2.10 now I would like what I asked for. Go 2 minutes down the road and save the hassle of a wrong...
