This is probably one of my worst experiences with a fast food restaurant!! To start they did not have ANY drinks available… apparently their truck never showed up … so no drinks. Then when I went to pay the girl automatically added a TEN DOLLAR tip!! Luckily I noticed and asked why the computer screen said $35 but the debit shows $45!! Then my food was horrible , the meat was so dry with zero flavour was like eating cardboard. I paid for a chicken shawarma combo with fries AND drink , I never received my fries and had to go back to ask for them , and then it was after I ordered that I was told they had no drinks!! My rice bowl looked like 4 day old hard rice , so didn’t eat. I’d like to think they were having an off day , but between the no beverages, then trying to steal $10 dollars from me, then the food… I would think this is just how they operate. Food is good but service is slow as hell.... Seems to be only one person working during lunchtime... Plan for your visit to take 30 mins at minimum.... Even if you order ahead, they won't start your order until you get there and you will still be waiting. I can hear other people in the back but have not seen them the entire time I've been here, even though the poor guy out front is taking long phone orders and trying to make food. Oh wait, back guy came out to get something and then disappeared again, handed the phone back to front guy. Poor front guy is now taking more orders instead of making food. Front guy is super nice but ultimately hasn't been great at crowd control or trying to do everything himself. Back guy came out to help bag and yell numbers now. Entered the building at 12:23pm, ordered food at 12:27pm according to my receipt, received food at 12:52pm. Very slow, avoid if you don't have time. This was an order for a single wrap.
