Disappointing Experience - Will Never Return

I ordered a burger with fries and coleslaw, chicken fingers with fries, and chicken wings from this restaurant, and the experience was nothing short of awful. The fries were so salty they were inedible, and the coleslaw was so runny and soggy that it completely grossed me out. I called to complain and requested new fries without salt and a fresh batch of coleslaw. To my disbelief, the replacements were just as bad.

When I called back to speak with a manager, the person who answered spoke so fast that I had to ask him three times to slow down. He was extremely rude and dismissive. He promised that the manager would call me back, but that never happened.

I will never eat here again and would not recommend this place to anyone. The food quality was terrible, and the customer service...

Wow what a great find this place was, our first night here in Fort Nelson Food amazing, we had the Classic Poutine (main) as a starter between us, our server Courtney was helpful when we asked if we could share as a starter. delicious homemade fries cooked to order, finished off under the grill. My husband had the pulled pork pizza. Wow more than enough for two, yes surprisingly he couldn’t finish it. I had the chicken teraki stir fry, delicious, crunchy veg, served with rice. Our server Courtney was attentive and extremely helpful. And predicted what we needed a doggy box for the pizza. ...

Ordered the 8 ounce beef tenderloin, 45 dollars and the most exspensive thing on the menu, it wasn't even tenderloin and I couldn't cut it with a steak knife, it was like chewing on a rubber band. Sent my food back after 2 gagging bites, no apology and no offer to cook a new one. The waitress approached the cook about and came back and told me he "giggled". My brother ordered the T-bone and the meat was grey. Spent most of the night not able to sleep due to a tractor trailer on high idle right near my window...will never stay or eat here...
