I go to this place a lot this year and was impressed by the portions that you got regarding the ice cream. However today I witnessed a tall man in a red shirt order a large soft soft swirl ice cream. I have seen him as well a lot this year. The teenage boy that got him his ice cream gave him a small/medium portion in a cone that was only about 2 inches high. It was not a large by any means. The tall man politely said that he ordered a LARGE and the young lad would not give him a large. The tall man was quite annoyed but ate the ice cream while waiting for the rest of his order....IN THREE BITES. Again that was not a large and the man got ripped off. After seeing this I walked away and got food elsewhere. I will not support a business that rips off their customers.....especially the repeat ones. I have seen that man before coming out of a small red EV Hatchback ( Bolt EV I think ) and if I see him again I would suggest the same thing to...

My family and I came here on Father’s Day and were deeply disappointed with our experience. The worker who took our order was exceptionally unwelcoming and rude. We waited for our order to be called like those before us, however no workers let us know our food was ready and waiting, so it was several minutes before another customer let us know. When we received our food, there were several items missing such as the gravy we ordered and all four drinks. When we came back up to the window, another worker was incredibly disrespectful, and only then were we informed how half of our beverage choices were out of stock. We will not be returning in the near future, unless customer service is approached...

First off, this is the first bad review I’ve ever left in my life, so this just shows how gross this is. Came here and ordered a hamburger and poutine. The lady working cashed us out and proceeded to make our food without gloves... mid pandemic. I mean she was touching the bun, the toppings and everything without gloves and without washing her hands. We did complain and the employee responded with “we’re just doin what we’re told”… so your employer instructed you to work unsanitary? Food...
