Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Brooks

This place is a joke, just three days ago I paid $7 for two double cheeseburgers and the lady at the till told me that the promotion is over as of the end of January 2020.. I called a couple other dairy Queens around the province and they all have the promotion of two double cheeseburgers for $7. They charged me $12 and something cents for just two double cheeseburgers with cheese and ketchup.. not to mention the owner is very rude. UPDATED AS OF NOV 2022. Found a bolt in my ice cream, the food was cold as well, and the East Indian owner told me to leave the parking lot because my Sunday didn’t have hot fudge on it and I gladly asked him and he turned me down several times, and I paid for it and can show the receipt… Brooks Dairy Queen needs new owners asap.. It's one of the poorest places for handicapped people. No accessibility for those people. My wife who is handicap herself approach the owner on this issue. He says that he doesn't have the money. But I have been to other Dairy Queens and they were all handicap accessible. This is the owner's fault. He needs to comply with those people who have needs like these issues. One other point is the owner isn't quick enough to bring down outdated ads. We approached a couple of staff members. They replied with a friendly response that the owner is pretty slow at dealing with this kind of stuff. I know that the ad was old because it was an advertisement for a Father's Day special. Just went through the drive thru tonight around 8:45pm and the lady who was taking my order didn’t seem to be paying attention to my order as I had said “a medium mango pineapple original Julius”, and had to repeat myself 3 times for her to understand and she didn’t even apologize or acknowledge that she couldn’t hear me but instead just kept saying “what?”. Then on top of that she rushed my order at the end, she kept cutting me off as I tried to order more items. After getting my order they even forgot the side of fries, and the snack wrap I ordered was leaking through the bag because it was placed on its side instead of facing up.
