Edo Japan — Restaurant in Brooks

Usually the food is good but on April 25, 2024 several people returned with their food to complain about the avocado being brown. While I was waiting in line I saw people receiving their Thursday specials with in minutes of ordering which didn't make sense based on the volume of people ordering and the staff on hand. I believe they had pre-made the Thursday specials to try to get a head of the lunch rush which would explain the discolored avocado.

This is very dangerous and could cause food poisoning.

Needless to say I left without ordering and haven't...

What a wonderful place! I visit mostly on Sundays, and it's largely because of the incredible service from one of the staff members. He is always so happy and seems to genuinely love making people's day better. He never gets tired of asking if you need anything and is just a delight to talk to.
