I recently visited this Ben & Florentine branch with my friend, and I must say it was an exceptional experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home.

I went with my family (2 kids under the age of 7) for a brunch. We were deeply disappointed in the lack of service and the amount of time the meal took for us to be served (it took over an hour to receive our food). We had not ordered anything complicated to cause such a delay. Every time we addressed the delay in time with our waitress, she would run off not saying anything to us. We found our experience quite ordinary. A meal that cost us close to $70- for very little service, a great delay to receive our food and lack of customer service/atmosphere. Beware: not recommended. This Ben & Florentine is conveniently located in a mini strip mall. The menu offered a variety of options. I opted for a combo which is a choice of savory and sweet. I ordered the Banana & Chocolate crepe which consisted of two eggs over easy, B&F famous home fries, applesauce and toast served with a bananas and hazelnut chocolate crepe.
