Terrible customer service. There are items advertised on the drive thru board that weren’t available. The guy taking our order kept cutting us off with dumb questions which derailed our order. They tried to offer a small drink in lieu of the medium that comes with the order. We ordered tea with milk and sugar and the typed in coffee, when we corrected them to tea they provided it black and we got a massive eye roll when I asked for some milk and sugar packets for the my tea and he came out with one milk. Read moreThe worst customer service I ever had a Tim hortons, and I use to work at a Tims Hortons, so I know the type of service I should receive. Everytime I go to this Tims I'm accused of giving the wrong order, when it is never the case. The cashier would put in the wrong order and say that's what I order. When they are wrong! Then have the audacity to say it is my fault, because they can't hear properly through the headset. So is that my fault!
