I usually come to this Starbucks as a regular but this time I came to study with a friend and SAM took our order and we were nice, and everything was good and great. We both ordered something first me then her and another couple passed after us. They GOT my friends order out first, and they made it wrong, so we kindly asked to make it again, and at that point after that we waited 10 mins. With no drinks yet, both of us decided to go sit at our seat. The couple that came after us got their order and left so I simply went and sat down to start my work and SAM COMES right away with our drinks in his hands and sarcastically asks "Is this ok for you?"... then goes back to his cash register and says in front of everyone "is it up to your standards" in a sarcastic tone. I honestly have NEVER HAD THIS SERVICE IN ANY STARBUCKS. But yeah. Ew. I've been in customer service for 10 years so trust me if he gets irritated with something this small shouldn't be working there. Ā Ā Ā Read more2022/11/26 Ordered and Went around 730am to pick up the order, store did not indicate they are closed, they just ignored us and few customers after us instead of coming to us and tell us they are not ready yet (as they supposed open around 630 and they have no signed about store being closed) especially we even placed the order and ready to pick up.
Lack of staff is understandable, however when a store unable to open on time they should at least put up a sign and let us know instead of just ignoring all the ppl that was waiting outside.
I called and staff told me they didn't make my drink as they don't have what I want, so I said then I would like to switch instead of apologize first and ask me what I would like to change, they said ...oh we can't order thru the phone and try to hang up
All the staff today had no service. If there was a store manager then I am not sure this manager has received a property training to manage...

You staff was really truly unprofessional !Today is my birthday but I didnāt receive the reward offer in my app. I went to this store and wanted if I could get the offer. The employee said I didnāt go to Starbucks āoftenā enough to get the reward. I asked if I could buy a drink today and get the offer, she said no, one cup of drink is not enough to get the offer. What the hell is that? It is never the case that we have to spend āoftenā in a store to have a birthday reward! Sephora doesnāt do that, Time Hortons doesnāt do that. If Starbucks does, it is just so cheap. In addition, how do you define often? Customers have to spend big hundreds at your store to get a free drink on their birthdays??? Itās great that you ruined your customerās birthday and lost a customer. Really sucks...
