Lovely place to stop for a quick meal, or relax and enjoy a nice cup of coffee with a friend (if youre lucky, locals are incredibly friendly and willing to share stories and talk history about this lovely little town) The food is great, it's nice home cooking with a few traditional pub favorites. I suggest the cheeseburger (especially if Sandra is cooking - A++ for delish and made perfectly.) My dining companion and I stopped here for the Breakfast special the day before Canada day. For $9.00 each, we got eggs, bacon (or sausage), home fries, toast and bottomless coffee. The service was good, the atmosphere was janky and the food god awful. My mom ended up getting served RAW chicken in her clubhouse, and now she has food poisoning. I can appreciate that they took off the clubhouse from the bill but it does not reverse the food poisoning.
