Dunky’s Beach Shack is not a restaurant. It is a spiritual awakening with fries on the side. I showed up on a sunny Friday afternoon, ordered the burger and fries, and let me tell you… this burger didn’t just feed me, it healed me. Juicy, melty, perfectly built—like the Beyoncé of burgers. The fries? Golden, crispy little sticks of joy, each one whispering, “You made the right choice, champ.”

But let’s talk about the miracle: GLUTEN. FREE. OPTIONS. Usually, when you ask a restaurant if they’re gluten free, they stare at you like you just requested a unicorn steak. Not Dunky’s. Oh no. Dunky’s looked me dead in the eye and said, “We can make it gluten free, baby.” I almost cried into my burger bun — which, by the way, was gluten free AND didn’t taste like recycled cardboard. That’s sorcery.

My friend, in a bold act of culinary rebellion, ordered the cilantro lime taco. It looked so good I briefly considered tackling him for it. He swears it was amazing. I’ll take his word for it, because cilantro tastes like someone blended a bar of soap with lawn clippings. But if Dunky’s can make cilantro taste like a vacation, then clearly they’ve unlocked some kind of forbidden culinary magic.

The beach vibes are immaculate. The food is incredible. The GF options are legendary.

If Google let me give 10 stars, I would. If Dunky’s bottled their burger grease, I’d probably wear it as cologne. This place is life-changing.

If you’re looking for an amazing dining experience, Dunky's Beach Shack is a must-visit! After trying it for the first time, we were blown away by their smash burgers. We ordered three smash burgers with cheese, a large fries, a large poutine, and a smash taco. Despite the large order, everything arrived within just a few minutes.

The burgers were incredibly delicious, juicy, and flavorful. This was our first time trying a smash burger, and Dunky's set the bar high. The smash taco was also outstanding. My kid, who usually leaves food unfinished, actually cleaned her plate.

The owners were incredibly sweet and always had a smile on their faces. The restaurant has a fantastic view of the beach, making the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a place with great food, fast service, and a great vibe, Dunky’s Beach Shack is the spot to go. Highly...

​I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dunky's Burger Shack in Burlington, and all the hype you've seen on TikTok is absolutely deserved. This place is incredible. ​The food was nothing short of excellent. I ordered one of their burgers, and not only was the flavor amazing, but the portion sizes were absolutely huge. This is not your average burger joint; you get incredible value for your money. The burgers tasted phenomenal—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Prices we on par for most burger places (10-13 dollars). The only gripe is the lack of seating and possibly pay parking at the beach parking lot. ​I can't recommend this place enough.
