Made my order wrong (asked for spinach and gave me lettuce on both footlongs instead); requested black olives and there were none. Gave them another chance and went into the store to pick up my online order, the “manager” stopped me and confronted me about the online complaint I made and telling me not to file fake complaints online. Showing me a random video of someone making a sub putting spinach in to prove that she did make the sub and put in spinach. Her attitude was horrible. It makes no sense for anyone to be making a false complaint about getting lettuce vs. spinach. Felt like we were NOT welcome. She kept on sweeping while i waited to place my order. After she was done sweeping she started to wipe the tables all the while i. Was still waiting to place the order.
