A&W Canada — Restaurant in Burns Lake

Ordered a 2 papas, sweet potato fries, regular fries strawberry shake and chocolate shake. Only got one papa and one mama, received 2 regular fries. The shakes were nothing more than flavored ice chunks. Received no receipt. Took wrong foods back, eventually got correct order. Replaced shakes. Replacements were not an improvement. Asked for mustard packets got directed to the ketchup dispenser. Had to insist on a mustard packet. Received honey mustard. Burgers had a slight fishy taste? Tables are dirty. Associates act stressed out .Overall...

I went to this A&W in Vanderhoof. When I was placing my order for breakfast at 10:50am. The venue switched on me and the breakfast wasn't available anymore. That's what was explained to me anyways. Even though it says all day breakfast on the outside door. This was well before 11am their cut off. I humbly paid as I don't have many options and ate something I didnt really want. Safe to say I won't go back their again. With that l9action being so far out there cut some slack or at least stick to your cut off times. I killed with kindness but...

I had a great experience with Jesse H. during my recent visit to A&W. As a trainee, Jesse demonstrated a strong work ethic, a friendly attitude, and a genuine desire to ensure customers are satisfied. Despite being in training, Jesse handled my order efficiently and with professionalism beyond their experience level.
