Service was great but wasn't expecting to pay the price of a bottle of scotch for 2 oz of it... buyer beware here I guess. So this is the update... bc liquor store lists the bottle of oban 14- 750ml at $114 not counting the ldb discount... so a 750 ml btl is 25.3 oz... so the cost per oz is $4.56. The office sells it and $21 dollars per ounce. Industry standard on liquor sales is 29% markup on booze and 35% on food. So one ounce of oban 14 year should be 5.88 at 29% markup... even at 60% markup that's $11.76. So why are they selling each ounce at $21... no discount on doubles either... mgmt may want to think twice before trying to defend there ridiculously outrageous prices to someone who spent over 10 years in the same industry.... but on a positive note the service was amazing and the atmosphere was great... I just don't appreciate...

The kitchen can only handle one item at a time, not one table but one item. My party and I watched food come out one item at a time including my table to the point that the first dish that got delivered to our table was finished before the last item arrived... it was a table for three. If you can’t handle that then you need to either hire new cook staff or the manager needs to step up and do their job.
The burger tasted like it was the cheapest frozen beef patties you could find at safe on foods, it was also overcook with the tiniest amount of sauce on it.
I get its a small town but doesn’t mean the service/food should...
Read moreI love The Office and nearly always stop here when going to or coming from Alaska. They serve a great Caesar, and will go out of their way to get you what you want - just ask them! I stopped in at 1:30 and they were able that'll up a dish only available "After 3pm". The prime rib and garlic parmesan fries were delicious, as was the dinner salad (which failed my utility test as it was mounded so high I could not effectively toss it - sorry, but it's a pet peeve). The only disappointment was the Yorkshire pudding which was a little bit dark and harder than I am used to - but then who gets used to Yorkshire pudding? Upon pointing this out, the chef came out from the kitchen, offering to replace it!
No, you can't beat The Office. It almost makes me want to live...
