I had my daughter's birthday dinner at this Country Hills location last night. There were 6 of us. We made reservations as it was Super Bowl and the day before Valentines day. We were greeted and seated quickly. I was actually surprised at how dead it was, considering it was 5pm. Thankfully we were seated in the private room. Once we got seated, everything went downhill from there. We sat there, waiting for a server to come by.. it was at least 15-20mins before anyone came by. My daughter had enough time to open 4 presents and play with them before Hannah came by to take our order. We all ordered a meal, but ordered a plate of nachos to start. We always order the same nachos.. "Cheese and chicken layered.. everything else on the side.. ".. we've had never had a problem with the nachos and how it's ordered.. but our server Hannah brought out.. our nachos.. and I advised that I asked for "Cheese and chicken layered, everything else on the side.. ".. she looked at it and said, "yes.. cheese and chicken layered, everything on the side.. " while staring at this plate of nachos with everything piled on top.. the only thing on the side was the sour cream and salsa.. the reason why I've always ordered it this way, is because I know what the kids will eat and what they won't. But.. prior to the nachos arriving.. Hannah brought out plates and cutlery for us.. she brought us 2 plates and 3 sets of cutlery... there are 6 of us.. we were the only ones in the room, thankfully and 2 tables 4 tables max in the dining room, which I believe that were being served by another waitress. So, I asked Hannah for 4 more plates and 3 more sets of cutlery.. we were never asked how are meal was, if we needed refills, etc. When this guy.. i think?. he was the manager?.. brought out a couple of dishes,..I asked if we could have some vinegar and 4 sauce containers to put the vinegar in, he gave me a nearly empty bottle of vinegar, but no container for the girls to dip their fries in.. so i had to go ask for some sauce cups to put the vinegar in, and after pouring enough vinegar to cover the bottle of 2 containers.. no more vinegar and i had to find a waitress to get another bottle. After everyone was nearly done their meal, our glasses were empty... kids were thirsty... I once again, had to go look for our waitress. She finally comes, we get our refills, we also asked for a 3 glasses of water, which she forgot.. so.. i had to go find her again. To make a long story short.. a meal that should of probably taken 1.5 hours.. took over 2.5 hours.. it was not busy at all, not even close, service was horrible - which reflected in the "tip" amount given, and what was given was even considered "generous". This is the first time that we've had service that was this horrific at this location. Thankfully we had the room to ourselves, there was 1 booth that was occupied outside the room, further down, so the girls kept themselves busy with playing the game heads up...
Read moreThe worstest experience Even. We went to the restaurant for my wife's birthday. The food is fine, But the service is the worstest. We Got 2 situations which we never had in any restaurant before:
1, During the meal, there was only one waitress doing the pizza box on the floor, We asked her to order the dessert for both of our kids. Her answer is "you need to find your service to order" and walk away. Both me and my wife was shocked. We all have experiences to work in the restaurant when we were young, we understand she probably won't make any tips from our table, but I don't think this is the reason to answer like this and walk away.
We decide to pay and leave, "our services" took over 5 mins and bring a wrong bill to us which is $126, We read the bill and found it is wrong. She came back with our bill which is $95. There are only 3 tables which is serviced By that waitress, and the other 2 tables Paid already. To be honest, We usually not read the bill, but we usually have an idea about how much roughly it will be. I won't say they did on purpose, but there are only 3 tables. Watch your bills if you still decide to eat here!!!
Then I told the waitress what happened, She said the girl just worked here as her first day. She Feel Sorry about what happen, and asked us to wait. We wait another 5 mins, the manager on duty comes to us with bill and said nothing. I asked her is she is the manager, she said yes, and I asked her did her heard about anything, she said yes, the waitress told me. And that's it. She didn't explain anything or apologize. I was shock again. But what she did make me never surprised about what happened earlier. I told her again what happened, she said the girl was her first day, she don't know how to help. But if she can't service, she can get training first or at least say"it's my first day, let me get someone for you" About the wrong bill, the manager's answer is she think it is normal to make mistakes, and used the word she think it is a"honest mistake". But if we didn't find it? What will happen?
Got home and found their Google review as 3.6. And we are not the only one have this kind of experience. Good job Boston pizza. Not Even compare to other restaurant, just compare to other location. You guys are the worstest.
I am looking forward to see you shut down and change to a different restaurant because I will never go to this location anymore.

Read moreWe placed a order for 70 dollars at 5 the order didn't even show up until 7 the food was so cold that the pizza was hard ,the fries were dripping water and the wings were ice cold ,I called boston pizza back and they told me there was going to be a 70 credit on our account I told them that I was just gonna drive back to the boston pizza and pick up a new order I drove back with the original order that they delivered , when I went back they took the order from me and told me to wait about about 10 mins my order was almost ready they came back with the pizza and new wings I jumped in my car and went home to realize when I got home that they had forgotten the small cheese pizza after opening the other box me and my wife were blown away that the pizza was severely burnt we soon realized that it was the same pizza just ran back through there oven I called back and they said that they had just credited our address for the whole order we waited about 2 weeks to place a new order for our credit to find out that they had only credited our account 20 dollars ,after speaking to the manager again she insisted that we were wrong and she was right ,I will never ever order from this place again and to all the people that do order from here I feel bad for you cause your just throwing your money away to a business that rips people off the manager needs to get her head checked and the employes well they work at boston pizza don't order or go here worste service ever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep your 20 bucks feed your kids...
