Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Calgary

I ordered a classic pepperoni ($7.99) and a 2 for $6 crazy bread. She thought I said 6 crazy breads, but I corrected her and explained I only wanted 2.

Went to pay, tapped, but then I noticed it said $18.88. Should've been closer to $14. I told her that it was wrong and explained she charged me too much. In the meantime she already got my pizza and 2 crazy breads.

Her supervisor came over and looked at the screen. She told me I was charged for 3 crazy breads. The ridiculous thing was I was only given 2 crazy breads!! So the supervisor gave me the third crazy bread, but I said I didn't want it, it was too much crazy bread. She then tells me she can't refund me????? And a bit rudely I might add, not apologetic at all.

This location is ridiculous. No basic customer service or satisfaction. I've worked retail, since when can you not refund??? Wouldn't recommend this location based on customer service. Pizza wasn't even fresh, crazy bread has a strange taste to it. Will be notifying their head...

Called had made an order online instead of on skip the dishes, there were no deals conpaired to skip tue dishes as qell as no entry cease for the free 2l Pepsi. When I made the order it said it has delivery so I proceeded couldn't add any codes just said oh it's okay it's just free pop. When I called to ask after looking at my receipt and it saying this order can be picked up at this time I was like okay well what happened. Immediately i had called and ask if they could deliver they had told me no, so I wanted to cancel it and they told me okay they would cancel it. Called back 5 minutes later asking if they had cancled it and if they were going to send an order cancellation email out and then proceeded to tell they I couldnt cancled it andnthat it was ready 14 min before the pick up time, not a very goo experience overall. Will never order online or from this...

Ordered a cheese pizza and crazy bread through the app. When I picked it up, box was cold and covered in grease fro. The crazy bread. Got the pizza home and my wife opened the crazy bread, it was charred black and the pizza was cold.

Immediately returned it requesting a new fresh pizza. Older gentleman at the store offered me one of another 2 burnt hot n' ready's he had. I refused and demanded a fresh pizza or a refund. He refused both claiming the pizza was cold because I took it outside into the cold weather.

I told him to throw out the pizza and ordered from the Fairmont Drive location. Picked up a hot pizza. Took the pizza outside and drove home, and to my surprise the pizza was still jot on arriving home.

Will never order from the Bonavista location again. Terrible service, terrible quality, and he tried to pass off burnt and u dervooked...
