Mansi's Kitchen — Restaurant in Calgary

We placed an order recently for a get together at our place. The menu was decided and confirmed items multiple times days ahead. On the day of the event we reminded them about the items of the menu we ordered and it was confirmed by Mansi Kitchen. When we went to pick up the order at scheduled pickup time, we figured out that the dessert what we ordered was not there. They simply said ‘sorry’ there is nothing can be done and offered no customer service or additional help especially when they messed up with your large order. This lately has happened with our tiffin service too that we hv with Mansi Kitchen. ‘Sorry’ is the often & the most common word you will see if they miss your tiffin, or giving wrong menu items than ordered, dont be surprised! A customer expects a service and a service mindset, which is currently lacking...

With new management from being best in town they became so worst ....Few drawbacks --- We got some stomach issues after eating their food recently , complained them but haven't heard any positive response. Will reach out to AHS now. Except two or three days curry, most of the item like Dal, Aloo ki sabzi and roti are completely taste less. 3. Costly as compared to other providers , other are at $11 per tiffin but this one is $15. 4. Rotis are the worst , I can bet one can not eat 4 roti's in a row ... so badly cooked. no flexibility with how you want your tiffin , management is not accommodating as before.

There are many better , tasty and cheaper options available in city, I would say Chef's plate and freshprep are some good options , much healthier, cheaper, flexible...

We’re so lucky to have found you guys!! Being a Newcomer in Calgary and a strict vegetarian, it was not easy for us to find a pure vegetarian food vendor for my son’s birthday party, but you guys made it super smooth. All my guests were super happy with the food as it was Fantastic, Fresh, and Flavorful with every bite. Thank you for suggesting the Cajun spiced potatoes it was a major hit-kiddos loved it 😊 in terms of portion, I still feel the quantity could have been more although the way food was delivered was exceptional. We highly recommend Mansi’s kitchen, and you would like to do more and more party food with you guys to explore more food items from your menu which would be beyond delicious. !!!
