This is a sad review to write. This place has in my experience had a great track record. We've always found the food very satisfying in the past, and a positive customer experience. Even in times of visible stress this family business had made an effort towards being personable and satisfying the request. Last time we went a couple months ago there was a very noticeable shift in the experience of ordering. The food was on par with their standards so chalked it up to few hard years and not having been in a while. There was a sense of worn out, jaded, and general resentment towards the customer for ultimately the employees choice to work there. I've worked industry most my life, I can relate personally as well as having seen it in many coworkers the struggle of being over a workplace yet staying for various reasons. Fortunately usually as cooks we have been out of the public eye, so attitude has a little wiggle room. The servers get paid to smile in most of my settings😅. But these folks are right in view, on the stage if you will. This time was one of the worst experiences of its kind. I asked, as it seemed like my super shwarma was getting the smaller portion of meat meant for the regular one. This was after noticing but not mentioning my pita get practically shredded while getting prepped for toppings. There was no response, I was friendly and genuinely asking. Instead the fella slammed some stuff around and seemed to blame his coworker. He wouldn't respond when i further said I was just asking a question. The energy wasn't not pleasant in there it really felt like they were mad at us for being there and how dare we have a question about our food we were paying for. I would really say you guys know how to knock this out of the park and have for years provided a wonderful product. Its up to you to decide if this is a worthwhile investment if your time. No amount of quality can make up for projecting your inner stuff at your customers. We will not be returning without some sort of outreach from this business. Seems like its time to reevaluate things.

I've been coming here for the past six years, and the quality has remained consistent through all that time. The staff are always friendly, fast, and efficient, and the price is reasonable for what you're getting. What I love about their donairs is how they grill them. They always get the timing just right - perfect grill marks and warm meat combined with still-cold, crunchy and fresh vegetables, and whatever sauces your heart desires. Sometimes they kind of skimp put on the lettuce, though I'm sure this is to keep the balance of the donair in tact. But if you want more of any topping, they're happy to load you up. I've never been disappointed by anything from this place. If you're in the neighbourhood and are in the mood for some Lebanese donairs, stop by the Pita Stop!

I love this little gem. I'd forgotten about it and came back 2 years later to find the quality and freshness still so good. It's family owned and has a great atmosphere. The lady serving me today had mama vibes and convinced me to put cilantro/parsley on my Falafel shawarma and I actually enjoyed all the flavors combined. It smelled so yummy that I barely got out the door before taking my first bite. It was under $10 and honestly had me so full by the end.

First time i went here in the summer it was the best Donair I've ever had. The lady who made it and served us was definitely one of the owners. Then today we just went there and there were two employees there. One of them, Rose, was unfriendly. An advertised deal was 2 super beefs 2 cans of pop and a large fries for 14.95. I said i want that. She said we don't have fries so i can't give that to you. I said are you serious? Can't you at least upgrade me to a deluxe donair and i dont need the fries. She said nope. She looked mad at having to be there. I begged for the cans of pop at least in the deal. (2 supers are usually $15.00). The other worker acted like she was doing me a favor by throwing in the two cans for the $15.00 when the deal says all that plus a large fries which is valued at $4.50. The donair was chinsy too. Poor...

If I could give 0, I would. This place used to be great. friendly, good service and food. On my last visit the young guy working was so arrogant and rude, seemed to bothered to have to come take an order during there lunch time while no one else was in the store. Couldn't even greet us, I said hi frist and asked how his day was he ignored me while giving me a dirty look and walked away then came back, I moved on and asked a question about an item on the menu, he gave me attitude and said it's on the menu rather then explaining it to me while rolling his eyes. I tried to order anyway and yet again he seemed annoyed about it so I left. Never been treated so rudely from saying hi and asking a question before ordering. No wonder I was the only person in the store on a weekend lunch time (when it should be busy), this business has...
