Came here to get a meal in between my 2 jobs. Ordered my basic sandwich ( ham, cheese, and lettuce on white ). As soon as I ordered and the one girl started putting my ham on the other person had me pay, I thought this was odd but the location is close to a school so I assumed there may have been some issues with kids paying. But when it came time to put condiments on my sub it was evident why they made me pay right away. There were no toppings except red onions and about 7 pieces of green peppers. When I told them I wanted to cancel my order and get my money back because they couldn't make any form of sandwich - they refused. When I asked why they didn't warn people at the beginning so they could make a different choice ( meatball sub, tuna etc. ) they shrugged and said they didn't have to. I asked if they could issue a voucher or coupon. They said they couldn't. I asked for a receipt sso I could contact customer service the next day and they refused. They were rude, gave 0 F's about any of this. The Next day I was put in contact with the manager/area manager who explained why they didn't have toppings ( shipment issues ) and was condescending "sorry I felt that way" when I told him that it was ridiculous I paid $10+ for a ham &cheese on a bun. Wasn't offered any kind of compensation to keep my business.
I also came here a few days ago with my boyfriend. He was getting a meat lovers type sub and the lady beside him was getting vegetarian. The employee put all his meat on his sub and without changing gloves started preparing vegetarian persons food. When the vegetarian told the lady she couldn't do that and she is cross contaminating the food. The lady just continued on. When we also concurred with the vegetarian lady the subway employee also just shrugged and continued on. The vegetarian lady walked off and left and the subway employee started yelling at her about leaving and not paying etc.
This place should be shut down. I've been here 3 times and 2 of them have had major issues. I will never step foot in there ever again.
**Update - I was contacted by a "Area manager" who said they "were sorry I felt that way about my service" - Felt that way? what kind of gaslighting 101 are you up to? One employee was sitting on the counter and both were shocked to see me, as they basically had everything shut down. When they asked what sub I wanted, I replied a BMT. I was then told they couldn't do that for me because things were already put away. They said I could have cold cut or steak. I said no. I want a BMT. When I questioned them both as to why the place was basically closed with 15 minutes left of service and they both played dumb. When I said I was gonna complain to a manager, the one girl said she would make me a BMT if I wanted it, however her lack of enthusiasm to even pull out the bread made me realize I did not want to spend money here, so I stormed out. Right after they turned off the sign to defer more potential customers. If you are the owner of this Subway, take some notes. Hire staff that actually want to work there. This is pathetic. I will never come to this location again....

I go here every Friday on my way to pick up lunch for the rest of my coworkers and they start making my sandwich as soon as I arrive, as they now know what I want. Something as simple as placing the veggie patties equally on the bread is overlooked by most other locations, but not these folks. They do not hesitate to put exactly the perfect amounts of any toppings you ask for, and they always make your sandwich with a smile on their face. They always ask me how my day is while they're making my sandwich and tell me "see you next Friday" when I leave.
