Pizza Depot — Restaurant in Calgary

I attached a picture of my previous review 9( o could rage this -20, I would. So unprofessional /‘d borderline running scam. I called on and asked for the 14.99 deal on the sign… I got feta, pepperoni and sausage… I also paid 2.99 to upgrade to thick pan crust once again… this is the garbage I got.. once again people, this isn’t pan crust 😂😂 You can’t charge extra for pan crust and then give people thin crust and act like they are crazy. What a joke. Also when I arrived to pay BF or my 14.99 3 topping deal… they tried to charge me over 21 dollars and said that I should have noticed only vegetables were the toppings on the sign 😂😂😂 That’s just plain false advertising. The pizza tasted like crap and they didn’t even add the feta. They also wouldn’t give me the pizza for the advertised price. This place is a scam and a joke. They will be out of business in no...

A visual comparison with my previous order would be beneficial, as the prior pizza, with its generous toppings, significantly exceeded expectations. In contrast, today's pizza appears significantly less vibrant and lacks the substantial vegetable quantity specified. This is disappointing, given my prior positive feedback. Alternative options could have provided comparable value for the $36 spent. While the pizza may appear acceptable in a photograph, the minimal cheese and abundant vegetable request was not adequately met, resulting in a less-than-impressive product. My assessment is solely based on the superior quality of my previous order.

I called and expressed my thoughts, and the lady was reluctant to keep me as a paying customer.

We paid $78.00 for this, and the least she could have done was to try to express a better customer...

What a disgusting management and staff. We had an Uber pickup, when we got to the location the store was already closed! We tried calling them several times but no one answered.

Meanwhile another Uber driver arrives there, who also had an Uber pickup. Why do they shamelessly accept Uber orders and waste our precious time and fuel if the store is not able to prepare the order, and their staff is in so much hurry to close the store? 😡

Then we asked the neighboring stores, they told us that many times the Pizza Depot hands over their uber orders to us at their closing time and left! But today no one appeared...
