God forbid something happens and you need to contact this location of Pizza Hut. They will continuously ignore your calls and even pick up the call and end it without even saying something as simple as “hello”. If, by some miracle, they actually pick up the phone, they will give you so much attitude and hang up the second you ask them something. If that wasn’t enough, whenever you come into this location, it is so extremely rare to even find a worker in the front to speak to within 8 minutes of entering because they’re too busy laughing and talking to each other in the back, which also explains the never answering any calls. What makes all of this even worse is that the quality of their pizza is so significantly poor in comparison to other locations. Sometimes the pizza will be burnt and sometimes there will barely even be any vegetables on their Veggie Lover’s pizza. There is no consistency of food quality at this location. There have been very few times I have had an interaction with helpful and kind staff, usually, they have the nastiest attitude and are acting like they got forced to do this job… Like you are the one who applied??? Read moreI don’t usually leave reviews like this, but the service I received from the lady working at the Skyview Pizza Hut was absolutely appalling. On New Year’s Eve, I placed an order through Skip The Dishes, and when my driver arrived, they told me that the staff had handed my order to someone else. I was then told by the employee that she was "sure" there was only one order slip for mine, but clearly, she had no clue what was going on. When I asked for the order to be remade, she refused, saying there was nothing she could do because she didn’t know who she gave it to.
As someone who has worked in the food service industry, I know that verifying either the order number or customer name is standard procedure—clearly, that didn’t happen here. This was an issue entirely caused by the staff, and yet they didn’t care at all. I was forced to cancel my order on New Year’s Eve with no apology or attempt to make it right. I ordered through Skip, and the lady working there somehow managed to give my order to someone else without double-checking anything. Clearly doesn’t know how to do her job. She gave the excuse that whoever came to pick up my order was new and my order was the only order so without checking she gave it off to some random person, leaving my Skip delivery person there confused.
When I called to sort it out, she was absolutely useless—barely acknowledged she was at fault and had zero interest in resolving the situation. It was like talking to a brick wall. She refused to remake our order, mainly because they were closing soon, had no remorse, nothing. I don’t know how she still works there.
