Sammy's Chophouse — Restaurant in Calgary

My friend and I went here this past evening I was so disappointed. Iv seen some dives before but this takes the cake the food was excellent 5/5 the service was beyond terrible waitress did not listen very very rude manager was even worse than the waitress was. I consider this to be a real dive, no friendly people, and a totally sketchy and negative environment. Although kids are allowed here you couldnt pay me enough to have my children or anyone else I know to walk in. The juke box was way to loud and they also charged me for items I never received when I brought it up to the manager I was told that regardless I had to pay for it or she would call the cops on me I was uphalled she would say such a thing to a customer! Left a bad taste in my mouth If I could give zeros all across the board I would ..the only 2 good things about this place is its cheap and the food is excellent. I can assure you I will absolutely not recommend this establishment to anyone and I will most certainly never be...

Do not order from here!!!!. I decided to order delivery online from this place, I received the confirmation email at 8:15. They said around 9:15 I would recieve the food. I didn't mind waiting. At 9:20 I called to make sure the driver wasn't lost, they informed me that the driver had not arrived at the store and our food had not left yet. I understood. I called again at 9:40, and they decided to let me know again that the driver had not arrived, and our food was still waiting. At this point I had been waiting an hour and half for food. I cancelled the order, and the manager was rude and basically told me "I can't change your mind, bye". Like seriously?. 70$ worth of food meant nothing to this restaurant?. I will not be ordering from this place ever again, it deserves 0 stars,...

Absolutely ridiculous, this pizza is in no way a 30 dollar pizza. The dough was uncooked, the crust is super thin, hardly any cheese. Never again. This pizza is like a 15 dollar pizza at best. No way in hell this should be the same price as atlas. What happened to their pizza man. Maybe they just messed up, but they definitely lost us as a customer. Everyone was highly disappointed and I couldn't bring it back obviously because I ordered it from work and my kids already ate it by the time I got home.
