Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Calgary

This place needs some serious love and attention.

So much I had to take a minute to take a photo of what’s supposed to be part of a sandwich but looks like it’s been sitting inside one of my friends roommates fridge for 5 days past expiry date and decided to eat it to make a sandwich but forgot to eat it so it’s been sitting inside the fridge for another couple days but it’s still good to eat anyways kind of disgusting sandwich was not only paid for but to make this sandwich so much better

The amount of coffee and other condiments that are wasted while they are making the food/drinks were not only UNSANITARY (as in absolutely disgusted at how they work as I observed the food/drink get prepared)

The Turkey sandwich had pieces of chicken that are used for other sandwiches in it.

The staff seemed so unorganized to a point where I felt sorry for the owner of the location and I sincerely hope to avoid food/drink from this location.

( I guess they threw out the customer service and focused on “quality”)

My first review: Customer service could improve with a bit more care to the customers needs and wants

Regardless of the service provided. You have to prepare food with care...

I wanted to reach out as I would not like this happening to any further customers as this is very unsanitary.

I went to the Tim Hortons today (Aug 26.2022) and ordered a iced caramel latte from the drive though… as I drank my drink - when there was about 1/4 cup left, I saw black things floating in the bottom. I think.. (ohh maybe it’s just the caramel) when I was about done the drink, I stopped and decided to throw the rest out on a napkin leaving 1-2 black things on the napkin as the rest stayed in the cup. When I looked, it was DEAD ANTS in the bottom of the cup. When I aired it out a bit, I actually noticed one that was still alive and started crawling around in the cup.

I immediately took pictures and called Tim Hortons toll free customer service number. The guy told me he will get back to me today. And nothing. This is such a huge health concern and I feel nothing but sick to my stomach.

This is just unsanitary and to think that people probably got food/drinks from this same location makes me even more sick.

Never ordering from...

In Oct 17 apx 4 pm we were there went through the drive thru ordered one extra large French vanilla and one extra large 2 milk 2 sugar and turkey bacon club ×2 and a beef and cheddar sandwich. We only received one turkey bacon club and the roast beef plus the drinks. We asked about the other turkey bacon club and they said they didn't realize and to pull ahead and they would bring us one at no charge....we pulled ahead. After sitting and waiting for 10 min no one came. I finally went in and reordered another sandwich and paid. While I waited no one seemed to be doing anything just standing talking after another 10 min some girl out of the back asked what I was waiting for I told her and she went and talked to someone and they finally made it.I cant believe it could take so long just to get a sandwich. I asked the girl that had finally got my sandwich who the supervisor was I believe she said neisha but she didn't seem to be around as everyone was just hanging...
