This is the second time I've been here where there are 7 or 8 staff members behind the counter but 1 person taking orders while there was 11 customers in line. The lady kept trying to grab my donuts while I was still ordering, instead of listening to order (maybe she wouldnt have messed it up as bad is she listened) This is the second time that my order has NOT been correct. I order the Canadian maple donut for my dad who is in the hospital. He looks forward to this donut every time. TWICE I have got Boston cream instead. This is not ok! This time I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich on a croissant and for the second time it had been burnt!!!!! This location needs serious help. Read moreI had the worst encounter with the staff working at the TIM HORTONS inside Foothills Medical Centre. I work in this hospital and have never experienced this kind of RUDENESS ever! The staff named JOY seems to be problematic every time I visit this location and very impolite. The way she talks to you is very condescending, If she is in fact a supervisor here, she definitely needs some more coaching. I was with my co workers and have been treated badly by this lady not once but a few times. I'm not sure if its just us or she is really like this all the time.
