Unreal. Absolutely the worst service ever at any McDonald's patronized in my 50 years of being a customer.
It needs to be stated that I understand that most companies are currently having severe staffing issues.
That being said if a business cannot provide a minimum standard of courteous service, close your doors forever. As this McDonald's should.
Not an isolated incident and I try to post positive reviews as I completely understand that more people tend to write reviews for bad service and rarely post a review for exceptional service. So it's safe to say that I'm being fair in this case when I say, close down for a few days and train the employees you have managed to employ in basic customer service. This locations employees do not even have basic manners that you teach a child.
The old "customer is always right" is not how I feel. "The customer is rarely right, however, they are never wrong". It is your employees job to ensure that any issue is handled in a courteous and fair manner. Handing over money for anything should be taken with a smile and the employees accepting it should realize that part of the money a customer is giving is in a way partly theirs. It is so easy for a customer to use that money somewhere else.
The cost to get a customer into your store is enormous. Advertising, nice clean building and grounds, signage, deals and promotions spent. All that is completely thrown out the window when staff cannot provide communication, understanding and courteous interaction.
The issues with this location are long to list and this is already a long review. My advice to anyone thinking of spending money here, keep driving to the next McDonald's. Give this location a few months to figure themselves...

She went to the counter as I walked up to a kiosk. My promo code for a $1 drink wasnât working. Tried a family memberâs app code and it worked. Except had to order 5 drinks to get the offer. As I am now visibly frustrated. That lady walks by and says donât order from here, or at least donât order their watered down drinks. She stated that the employee that helped was very rude. Ma premiĂšre expĂ©rience a Ă©tĂ© franchement frustrante avec un temps d'attente de presque 10mn pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer une commande mobile alors que j'Ă©tais le seul client dans le restaurant. Au mĂȘme moment, les temps affichĂ©s pour les clients qui attendaient au service au volant affleuraient les 10 minutes.... Clairement c'Ă©tait pas une bonne journĂ©e pour eux, avec un manque de staff Ă©vident. Petit conseil Ă la madame qui semblait gĂ©rer l'Ă©quipe: laisser un client attendre au comptoir pendant genre 8mn sans aucun contact (ni verbal, ni visuel) n'est pas ce que je qualifierai une belle expĂ©rience client. Je n'ai pas laissĂ© de revue ce jour lĂ , ça aurait Ă©tĂ© une seule â pour sĂ»r.
La seconde fois, mon expérience a été meilleur avec une commande servie relativement rapidement. Il y avait aussi plus de staff en cuisine, ce qui semble confirmer que ma premiÚre expérience négative était dûe au manque de personnel.
La derniĂšre fois cela dit, il y a 6 jours, ma compagne et moi y somme retournĂ©s, au service au volant. HĂ©las, la encore, nous y sommes restĂ©s plus de 8 mn et nos 2 commandes Ă©taient erronĂ©es : il me manquait une patate dans mon trio et ma compagne avait demandĂ© un decaf avec crĂšme et elle a eu un cafĂ© noir... On nous a envoyĂ© Ă "la fenĂȘtre suivante" pour avoir le cafĂ© de remplacement qui Ă©tait honnĂȘtement dĂ©gueu (vraiment acide). đ
Pour un McDo qui a ouvert relativement rĂ©cemment, mes expĂ©riences ont Ă©tĂ© dĂ©cevantes. J'y retournerai mais sans grandes attentes. âââ Me semble juste sans ĂȘtre punitif. Bon courage !! C'est un super emplacement, j'espĂšre que le service va s'amĂ©liorer.
PS en rĂ©ponse au commentaire du propriĂ©taire: le lien entre la qualitĂ© du service et la date d'ouverture est simple: construire une Ă©quipe solide qui donne a vos clients un service digne de ce nom prend du temps. Le fait que votre restaurant ait ouvert relativement rĂ©cemment peut expliquer que votre Equipe de Choc n'est pas encore constituĂ©e. Encore une fois, ça prend du temps de trouver des employĂ©s motivĂ©s et attentifs qui prennent leur travail Ă cĆur. Mais c'est possible. Bon...
