Milano Pizzeria — Restaurant in Casselman

Food was excellent great atmosphere the only thing for me was the service. My family has owned restaurants in the past and you always hope that the servers represents you well . That day the weather was not at its best but we were at a hockey tournament at Richcraft we were about 10 that showed up we usually call in advanced but didn't that time. The server showed and told us she wasn't very happy that we didn't call in advanced and made sure we felt uncomfortable that they had sent the other servers home because of the weather and now she was alone and we were to many there was only 2 other people in the restaurant I'm sure the owners wouldn't of been impress with that . We even told her we weren't in a rush and her reply was indirectly not to expect the best service and that the food might take longer. Other then that she provided us with great service and was nice but it made us feel uncomfortable ....

5 Stars Perfect Mother’s Day Experience! I don’t usually write reviews, but this Pizza joint truly went above and beyond this Mother’s Day. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The delivery was impressively fast—even on such a busy day—which made the whole celebration smooth and stress-free.

The food? Absolutely delicious. The pizza was hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings, and the crust was that perfect balance of crispy and chewy. We also ordered wings and pasta, and everything tasted like it came straight from a high-end Italian kitchen. You can tell they put care into every dish.

What really stood out was the service. The staff was so friendly and accommodating over the phone, making sure our order was just right. It felt like they genuinely cared about making our Mother’s Day special.

My wife ordered the "LG Perfect Combo on Feb 3,2023 from the Casselman location, which appears to be the Head Office location, according to the website.

When the food arrived the pizza and fries were burnt and everything was cold, except the drinks.

She called back to inform them and was handed over what appeared to be the manager who gave the excuse that they were very busy and it was cold outside and with customers picking up their orders the cold air getting into the restaurant made the food cold.

He then said he would come back and pick up the food and give us our money back.

Then we get a call back and this time it was one of his employees that said they weren't coming to get the food and that we were put on a "No Service List" at which my wife said we weren't planning on going back.
