This has to be the worst most disrespectful staff I have ever encountered at a business I’m giving my money to! A lady with blonde hair and glasses messed up my order on drive-through And said “we will have to fix that at the window” then when I get to the window it was not fixed until I noticed on the debit machine that my order was more money than expected. The older gentlemen at the window scoffed and said “ well I was never told your order was messed up” like somehow that’s my fault? After I paid for my order my friend who was in the car went to pay for his order. The worker asked him if he wanted to use his tim’s rewards card. He said no as there was a sign up that said the cards weren’t working. The worker said no they are and go’s ahead and scans his card. When I ask if I can still scan mine he says no.... I ask why and said your card can only be used once every hour. I explain that it is a different card from a completely different order and he still says no! “The way we ring it in, in our system it’s still the same order”... are you kidding me! Me and my friend have used our different cards before! So obviously the staff are not being trained the same way! That’s like telling me “ oh the car in front of you used their rewards card. Read moreThe worst experience ever at a Tim Hortons. I had asked for an Iced capp which is what I normally just say. I never specify chocolate milk/shot. When asked I said "sorry I've never been asked, I'm not sure" to which the worker sighed and just glared at me. So I said, "chocolate milk then?" She turned around angry like, and made it. When I tried it, it wasn't what I wanted. So I could of been unhappy with my order and just thrown it away, but rightfully I told her it didn't taste like what I normally order. To which she then told me that I may as well take it because she will only throw it out. I paused for a second not knowing what to say. Then she turned her back on me and complained to her Coworker that she was meant to be on her break. Then got someone else to finish my order with the chocolate shot instead.
Just because this review was bad doesn't mean all Tim hortons are like this. I just hope she doesn't still work here, as her customer service skills...

I waited much too long for my order to be taken and had to see the (I am assuming) the shift supervisor sarcastically discipline one of the staff not once but twice. her management skills were very below standard. The staff obviously were not trained enough to have so many mistakes in my one little visit there so whos fault actually was the bad service one might ask? I was given the wrong order after waiting and decided just to go through drivethru to get my original order only again to hear the manager again inappropriately get after the gent that made the mistake...not cool. I finally received my order after another 7-8 mins in drivethru and am sure the chicken burger I received was the same one they made for me prior to me getting in the drivethru lineup....ugh, it was cold and hard and not edible.
