We took relatives to the Madoc Tim Horton's tonight for dinner after a full day if driving. It was disgraceful! The soup was cold and we sent it back to have it microwaved. Two out if three of the soups were warned up but the third one wasn't very warm at all. My cousin just ate it rather than complain a second time. I had a ham and cheese on a bun with regular mustard. The bin was nut as good as they usually are but the real problem was the amount if mustard. It was dropping out if the bin. I finally opened it and scraped done out. The others had the eggs, cheese and sausage on the English muffin breakfast. They were not hot either. My cousin wanted to take them back and complain but his wife didn't want him to so they ate the luke warm sandwiches. We ordered two steeped tea and said we only like a little bit of milk so could we have milk on the side. The lady was nice about it and said sure. We got our tea with a little bit of milk already in the tea... and little milk containers on the side. There was only a little bit in the tea but I specifically told the lady not to put the milk in the tea because when she repeated the order back to us I thought she was putting milk in one of the teas. In the end we were really not happy and as we were leaving my cousin did stop to tell the assistant manager how dissatisfied he was with the whole meal. Her response was rude and she asked what she was supposed to do about it since everybody had already eaten everything. Then she turned her back on him and walked away. When I wS leaving the three ladies were in a huddle discussing the customer who was looking for a free meal. He wasn't. In fact he didn't pay because it was my treat and I paid. Read moreI want to start by saying that the supervisor I dealt with was very nice and I appreciate her taking my call. My husband and I had a long day so we grabbed "timmies" on the way home. Ordered a chicken wrap for each of us a bagel for my toddler Tim bits for dessert etc. Our iced coffees needed a good stir as usual but that isnt why the one star. Especially since anyone who gets iced coffees naturally expects it to not be stirred well as that is a standard tim hortons has allowed. My husbands wrap was fine the lettuce needed to be removed as it had black wilted spots mine on the other hand I was shocked in all honesty I'm not sure who the employee even got it into the packaging! There was almost no wrap literally it was torn up and missing I took pictures if I can get them on here I will. It was horrendous we waiting until we got home to eat otherwise I would have gone right back in it I was 15 mins away so I called the supervisor offered to replace it but I only called to let her know she she could chat with the employee they get paid do to a job and no matter what the job it should be done right I work for my money I dont like throwing it away. I and toast and a timbit for supper since my wrap was just outrageous my lettuce was also black spotty to advise check the food quality before leaving parking lot. And make them stir that iced coffee for you. Read moreService can be good with the right people but recently they have hired people who don’t care what you get or even if they get it right... coffee is burnt, sandwiches are made sloppy, and customer service is passive aggressive with certain employees. I was at the speaker getting my order and after I said the first item I would like to order, they asked if that was everything and then not even a second later she told me my total and carried on. She didn’t even let me speak. I didn’t want to be rude so I pulled up to the window and kindly said that I wasn’t finish my order. I ask very nicely for the rest of my order and paid (really nice girl who was just running the window), she ask me how I was doing and made small talk with made me feel better, and then the girl who took my order from the speaker became passive aggressive and told me that she was the only person work the drive thru, which I knew that it wasn’t true because there was three other employees working as well. She made my iced coffee and said very rudely that it was made with love just for me and then muttered something towards me as I drive away.
