Today I've had enough! The service and management of this location has gotten ridiculously bad and inefficient. When there is a few cars in the drive through the staff suddenly forgets that there are people who actually care enough to come to the counter. Customers within the store go unattended to as the staff run around like fools trying to rush and get the orders done one at a time. Regardless to the fact that the drive through ordered a pizza and the lady at the counter just wants a coffee and a donut. That lady has to wait for the Pizza, then the customer to pay and then the staff to notice her before even deciding if they want to respond to her. Take the pizza order, while it's cooking take the counter order and boom more happy customers. Why isn't management training their staff to manage more than one customer at a time? Now, forget trying to just get the order right. Today I passed by and the restaurant was almost empty. I ordered a 3 meat pizza to leverage the promo on my Tims app. First the app froze so I couldn't get the promo. Next the pizza delivered was a cheese pizza. Really! Where is the effort in doing one's job? It wasn't even busy!!! To be honest I will now drive out of my way to go to another location if I ever want to try Tim Horton's again. Products were well displayed, food seemed fresh and were pretty organized on the shelves. Congratulations to the owner and her team on this Chambly’s branch. It seemed to be a good work environment, where staffs were all connected. That also was reflected in my order, delivered correctly as it should be (unfortunately that is not often on other branches).
