I stopped here on my way to Thurso, and honestly, it was a great little break. First of all—this place was super clean. Like spotless. You could tell they actually care about maintaining a welcoming environment. That alone put me in a good mood.
Now let’s talk staff—wow. The employees were not only polite and professional, but also absolutely charming. Friendly service with a smile goes a long way, and these ladies were amazing at brightening the atmosphere. Gotta admit, I liked them!
As for the food and coffee? No complaints—actually, pleasant surprises. I ordered a breakfast wrap and a muffin, and both were delicious. The muffin in particular? Fresh, soft, flavorful—honestly way better than what I’ve had at most Tim Hortons locations in Montreal. This one had that real bakery feel to it.
And the coffee? Just a regular filter, nothing fancy—but damn, it tasted like a clean, fresh Americano. Bold, smooth, and really satisfying. Huge thanks for that—it totally hit the spot.
In my experience, Tim Hortons locations outside of Montreal and Toronto are where it’s at. Cleaner, friendlier, and just better all around. This stop proved it again.
Definitely coming back the next time I’m...
Read moreI know this is a brand new Timmies - maybe they didn't have time to train the staff.I have been 5/6 times since it opened (I work in town so it's practical for my morning coffee) and only once did I get what I actually ordered! Today I ordered two breakfast sandwiches on biscuit combos - Got them on english muffin and was missing the combo items (doughnuts) - and they charged the items individually instead of as combos (which cost almost twice what it should have). Got the wrong muffins last time , & they charged us a sandwich instead of an extra sausage. The only time they got it right was when I ordered a single coffee, nothing else. I'm sure it'll eventually get to a point where there are less mistakes, but for the time being it's not worth stopping here. Disappointing service, and a waste of money if you are like me and go to Tim's a couple of times per week - only to pay for things you don't receive. Stick to the Tim's on McGill...
Read moreDecided to grab supper for my husband and I after a long day. Showed up at approximately 7pm on a Monday night no one was in the drive through and no cars in the parking lot. Went up to the speaker to order two sandwiches. I was told they were out of bacon and that it would take while to prepare more so I asked what was available on the menu for supper and I was told ham and cheese or chicken wraps. I went to order two chicken wraps and was told there’s no crispy or grilled chicken available and that it was a very busy supper rush and it would take awhile to make more. So when I said I wouldn’t order anything the girl was very defensive and rude. I’ve always had good friendly service here...
