Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Charlottetown

This is the easiest Tim's for me to go to during my trip to work. I'm seriously about to start waking up earlier so I can go to another location because consistently nearly EVERY single day they mess up our order. The staff are very friendly but it's actually becoming tiresome having to double check my order before I drive away. Whether it's making our drinks wrong (ask for milk, get cream, or like this morning I got an espresso shot in my iced capp I never asked for ) or the sandwiches/wraps need to be re-made because they look like they were made within 20 seconds and tossed in the bag. The hashbrowns are consistently soggy and falling apart to the point where I'm genuinely shocked when I get a crispy hashbrown. This is honestly ridiculous. I've had to remind them to give me drinks they forgot, or muffins they forgot to put in the bags. I've never had a location consistently mess up my order almost daily, this is disappointing. I understand your drive thru times need to be up to par but you respectfully need to get your location in order because this is crazy.

Again, staff are kind but they cannot for the life of them get a single order correct.

2 issues with this location today. Saturday I called and pre-ordered Take 12 coffee, 12 muffins and 12 donuts for 7:45am pickup on Sunday morning for a work function. Sunday 7:20am I use the drive thru to order large coffee, medium coffee and a muffin. Get to the window and pay for the order and handed 2 large coffee and a muffin. When I asked where is the medium coffee I'm told "oh I charged for a large, you can drink it right?" Why not make what people ask for? My co-worker returned at 7:45am to pickup the pre-ordered from Saturday and nothing is ready. What a waste of time!! Never again will I let this location ever have any of my business. I did drive thru today and I wish I did not. I ask if they can make my chai tee latte.. the lady employee replied she has NOTHING!!! I confirmed with her zero/ absolutely nothing?!… she ensured WE HAVE NOTHING!! Then I asked again you got no coffee/ tea and nothing to eat? She said we have coffee. I mean if you don’t wanna work just… go home…. If this location doesn’t have anything to serve why is it open then??? Close the store… save some labour cost!!!
