Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Charlottetown

Zero stars if i could. I spend a lot of time on the island and this Tims is by far the worst one. The food is awful and most of the time its completely wrong. I had a friend that asked for no cheese, got cheese, brought it back, was given the same wrap with cheese and then had to argue with the server what cheese looks like and was given a ton of disrespect. I received a bagel with a ball of butter that was squished out of one side. Wrong food orders, wrong drink orders. I recently had an experience with a host service where one of the managers displayed a negative attitude toward customers. I placed a simple coffee order, and when there was a mistake with it, I expected understanding and assistance. However, instead of addressing the issue, the manager dismissed my concerns and did not apologize for the error.

This was the worst experience ever..first all the manager who ever the guy was..he was in full attitude knowing that there are customers, he ignited. There were only two people working at this location was giving preference to drive thru only- we were waited 8-10 minutes for someone to came and take the order.
