We ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen, and Yam Rolls, which were made with their signature purple rice (from Blackberries) and a spicy berry sauce. The Yam rolls came to us without waiting very long , and were not only really good just as a Yam roll, but the Blackberry infusion added a next level to it , as well as the spicy berry sauce. Guaranteed will order more sushi and rolls in the future! Next was The Tonkotsu Ramen, which also didn’t have a long wait time. The bone broth was good, but the star of that show was the Chashu (braised pork belly). The pork texture was great and the flavour was even better. Another thing I will definitely be ordering multiple times in the future, even though I also want to try other things on the menu. I also had the Mango Bubble Fruit Tea , with Lychee pearls, which I loved, they had great texture and popped satisfyingly (I don’t like the chewy milk tea pearls, so I’m really happy they had this choice.) The Staff were super friendly and helpful and timely. The restaurant itself also was clean and welcoming with good vibes. I look forward to becoming a regular here.

My partner and I came here for dinner this evening. The food was decent, well priced for what you get. We started with the gyoza and shrimp tempura (reminiscent of frozen Costco dimsum), and I got a bubble tea. The bubble tea was well made & delicious. We each had a bowl, myself, the Tuna & Salmon Poke Bowl, and my partner, the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl. Serving size was about average, my only complaint was that there was a garden salad in the poke bowl? Usually, edamame beans, diakon, or shredded carrots would accompany a poke bowl, but this was lettuce, tomato and cucumber, which threw me a bit and took up a lot of the space where rice usually would be. Not a typical poke bowl. A good place to go for a quick, decent bite to eat.

We came here after a full day at Cultus. I hade my own two kids and my nieces. Each kid ordered a bubble tea and then also sushi rolls and one had a Poke bowl. The food was incredible- we love sushi and recently came back from Japan. My kids said this was the best they have eaten. They loved the purple rice and thought it was such a great touch. Kids also said the bubble tea was 'on point' according to them and delicious. Only down point for us is we live a bit away but they are already planning anther visit when we next head to Cultus. Also high points to the owners who were running the place they were very welcoming and so kind. I will say my order was also delicious not just the word of the kids, such...
