PIZZA SARDIS ( Dancin Pizza ) — Restaurant in Chilliwack

Found this place by accident and from the positive reviews, wanted to give it a try. I had an online meeting at 7pm so we ordered at 5:25 assuming it would arrive on time. What a mistake!! The first issue was the price. Ordered a $25.00 pizza that with taxes, would be $29.00 and he told me he would give me the free delivery offer. Until he found out I live behind Canadian Tire at which he said, “Oh that’s too far (from Tyson road???), I’m going to have to charge you $30.00)”, which I agreed to. At 6:40 I called to ask where my pizza was! I was told the driver was on his way back so if I wanted it, I could go pick it up!! He then told me that I didn’t give him my unit number or phone number so that when the driver arrived, he had no way of finding me. This is an untruth, (I have lived in the same place for 11 years, why would anyone order something and not tell the company where to deliver it to!) Further, he didn’t ask for my phone number so I assumed he had call display. Silly me! He then began to argue with me about not giving him my unit number, which I clearly did, I had someone here waiting to enjoy the pizza who overheard my entire conversation and will verify the truth, that I gave him my unit number. A good business practice would have been to ask me, “what can I do to make this better”, not to argue with a customer. I had no other option but to hang up as I had a meeting to get to and I will never know what the pizza was like but needless to say, I won’t ever know. ...

So recently moved to Chilliwack and found this diamond of a pizza place. The pizza we ordered were New York n Canadian Hawaiian n 2 order of chicken wings. Firstly the service was friendly n knowledgeable. The store was relatively clean, lots of storage for their store next door. The pizza its self was phenomenal.. the amount of ingredients were stacked n the cheese was perfect amount, great crust. The wings were juicy n not dry which I had unfortunately become to expect from pizza joints.. I was excited after first bite. My overall experience was awesome.. close to our new home n we will...

Our first order was for a Party of 20 people...Six Pizzas! The Raves are still coming in over them! People couldn't get enough! So, recently, we ordered two more thinking we would love them as much. Well, it must have been an off day for the Cook! Not only were they extremely Dry, they were Lukewarm, at best. We were so disappointed as we had invited a couple who were at the previous party to join us. They both agreed with us that the Pizzas seemed to come from somewhere else, as they were so different than our first order. We all have off-days, so will give them another...
