What a great time at the Churchill Hotel! John took the time to greet us at the train station and had Tristan give us a quick tour around town and take us to the hotel. Rooms are very modern and comfortable. Staff at the hotel are outstanding! They make you feel very welcome and at home. Super 5 day stay.. John Sr. took us on a tour of Churchill and bear country. John Jr. has vehicles available to rent . They work very hard to make sure their customers have a great time. We had a great time - only wish we were able to visit with Koral (just bad timing...next time).

The owner couple are super nice. He went to the station to pick up the guests. You feel that she treats the guests as her family members. They made special arrangements so that we could check out as late as we want before the train leaves at 7:30 pm. The room and washroom are clean and newly renovated. It is quiet and bright with a good view of the town. The restaurant connected is very nice and big enough for 50 guests. The location is super, 200 meters to everything, including the train station, the city complex (hospital, gym, school) and the Hudson Bay where we saw the aurora. Lovely stay at the Churchill Hotel! The facilities have been recently renovated so the room was nice and modern. Everything was clean and in working order when we arrived. The hotel offers a shuttle service that was such a treat. We were taken around town to see all the sights and get advice on good places to dine. Koral was accommodating and very well informed.

The dancing bear was only open when we left (reduced hours due to COVID) but we enjoyed one of their pizzas on the train ride home and were glad...
