Bridges Café — Restaurant in City of Cold Lake

First and foremost, the waitress, Jade, was absolutely amazing and stayed that way until after we walked out the door. She was so accommodating and genuinely nice! Food checks were spot on, and our drinks were always full. Jade made recommendations that were so good and worked to make things even better and more comfortable for us. The food was so flavorful, and the selection of food was great. I have a family of picky eaters, and everyone was satisfied. Everything was clean right down to the bathrooms. I was unsure when entering because it is on the first floor of a hotel and not clearly marked until you are close. Once I entered the restaurant, though, my doubts were swept away. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely be going back again next time I am in Cold Lake.

I had a terrible experience at the restaurant. I took my family to have a nice dinner after the air shows. Server we had was very rude and over charged me at the end. I have 4 small children and one of them knocked out a cup of water. Server saw what happened and did not care to help me clean up or bring me napkins. Then the same server over charged me for things I didn't order. She claimed it that I received the item and ate it. I firmly told her that I DID NOT received the order nor ordered the item that she claim I ate it. Server finally gave in and call a manager to refund me part of the money and I didn't not receive any apologies from server or the managers. I do not recommend this restaurant if you have...

My wife and I love exploring new restaurants when we travel and came across Bridges Café. Greeted with a friendly smile and promptly seated with drinks to arrive immediately. The menu selection a tad pricy for what you initially expect. I ordered a half portion of bacon mushroom and chicken alfredo with garlic toast. Thankfully so as I would have been too full to finish. After a wonderful meal with my wife in a great atmosphere, it was easy to justify the prices. So much so we returned the day after for the exact order we enjoyed previously.
