Express Pizza Plus — Restaurant in City of Cold Lake

Every time we order from Express Pizza, the food is great and same with their milk shakes. Now lets talk about their customer service and delivery drivers. Order a spicy chicken poutine last time we ordered, so a regular poutine add chicken add hot sauce. What we got was a regular poutine and plane wings with not hot sauce. Called to get it all straightened out and got told to deal with it, the lady this night was very rude and kept saying she had to go she was very behind in the 2 minute long conversation on the phone. Fast forward to tonight, my fiancé went in and ordered a poutine mozza sticks and some milk shakes. Food again really good! Customer service very poor, while she was in the store waiting to pick up the phone rang with orders, one lady inside saying shes done for the night very upset not answering the phone more then once yelling while there is customers in the store waiting for their orders. Very unprofessional and poor customer service...

I was told this was the place for a Donair. I'll admit that the amount of toppings on our Donairs certainly was more than adequate however, after getting home and sitting down to what I thought was going to be an epic Donair was most disappointing. The entire Donair lack flavour. Even the sweet sauce was bland. After all the hype of how good these Donairs were going to be and now feeling very let down. On the up side, the battered mushrooms were piping hot and tasty. I wished they could have added a few more to the box for the price but I guess that is a sign of the times. Sadly, I don't recommend Donairs from this establishment. I cannot comment on any of the other foods offered. If the Donair is any indication then I will not be back nor...

Not impressed at all!! Ordered x2 XL Pizzas. Meat lovers and Everything including shrimp. Ordered and paid for extra mozza cheese. Pizza was big thin slices but very dry- Minimal toppings and none of us notice the extra cheese.Tiny toppings easily visible. Also ordered salt and pepper wings. Also over done and very dry- did not taste like salt and pepperat all!- just deep fried. The bones were so over cooked- crumbled in your mouth. Very gross! Driver said they were not busy tonight and yet very sub-par food! Cost $100.00 and will not order again.!
