Burger King — Restaurant in City of Cold Lake

The amount of garbage for two cheeseburgers was borderline insane if they bring single use laws here I’m blaming y’all not the consumer on wastage ,ps the night staff needs to give their heads a shake 20 mintue wait for 2 cheeseburgers , literally no intentions of being happy at work I got off a twelve hour shift was not happy goes to show these places in town are here for the money THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY WE HAVE NO CHOICE TO GO BACK CAUSE ITS ALL THAT IS OPEN IN THE NORTH THAT TIME OF NIGHT guaranteed I’ll get some kind of customer service number and not an apology they favour cheap labour instead of being there to provide a service to hard working people...

Way to go BK Cold Lake! apparently one dipping sauce is enough for two 10 piece chicken nuggets, and I guess when you ask, and pay for a "meal" it only includes a drink, as the fries were missing as well. Just added insult to injury because the time between placing my order at the screen and pick up at the window was over 20 mins! ...seriously? 20 mins to take your time to put my food in a bag....and you somehow end up missing items. Have not had a bad experience so far. The staff are always very friendly. And the atmosphere is always clean and nice. In today's economy burger King is kind of a sleeper restaurant. Junior meals still exist there and are a good size for 5 to 7$ per meal. Using the app only makes it cheaper. Usually 4 full size meals for 29$ roughly. Great deal nowadays. Drive thru is open 24/7. Big bonus for late time snackerd that don't want to spend a fortune.. If you mainly eat out. Or are looking for a reliable way to feed yourself or the family, with some value still there.
