Update: Upgraded to four stars as management seems to have addressed the soggy middle issue in a prompt manner.

Original review: Great pizza but always soggy in the middle.

A suggestion to management; if you’re not already doing so, put the pizza on a cooling rack to steam off before putting it in the box. If this is already being done, put a liner in the box to absorb the moisture.

The pizzas are delicious with generous toppings but the middle portion being consistently soggy may be a deal-breaker.

Went in for carry out tonight and was so disappointed. Worker just stared at me while I placed my order. Kinda awkward. But whatever. Order pizza, honey garlic wings, and garlic knots. Get home to eat at 1039. Realize we got some odd mixture of hot sauce and barbecue sauce for our wings. The chicken was dried out to the point it looked like it had been sitting on the counter for hours. Whatever. Call to let them know about the error.
