Tim Hortons — Restaurant in City of Cold Lake

Every time I go to this Timmies they get something wrong. I’m not exaggerating when I say every time. It’s been way too many times that I’ve ordered a drink and the drink tastes burnt or like there’s no sugar in it whatsoever. When picking a Tim Hortons to go to in Cold Lake, my friends and I all agree that this is the worst one. Even when it’s easier to stop at this one before work or a road trip, my buddies and I will go out of our way to go to another Tim Hortons because of how much we hate this one. Today I didn’t have much time, so I ordered a hazelnut latte from this Timmies. I can’t even say I’m surprised that the moment I took a sip at work, I gagged. It didn’t taste like hazelnut at all. Waste of money. Thanks for reminding me why I’d rather go to any other Timmies in town...

Recieved wrong items. Order taker was in a massive rush jumping between both open lanes rather than finishing my order in one go. Read it back to me wrong twice. I clarified and she finally got it right. Got to the window and there was alot of staff cheering and rushing the window person. They asked if i got a Decaf, i said yes and an everything bagel breakfast sandwhich and bacon biscuit. She said yep and took me money. Handed me items and everyone cheered like some kind of speed competition was on. Got home and recieved a plain bagel with sausage, not an everything bagel with bacon egg and cheese. Recieved no receipt so cant even complain properly through their website. Management should be pushing order accuracy and quality not speed, because your staff obviously...

I asked for Potato Bacon soup, they didn't have any, so I asked for Cream of Broccoli, got home, they gave me chicken noodle. Asked for no black beans (repeated by me and my brother multiple times) and slow-cooked chicken in my rice bowl, they only had crispy, get home and there's black beans in my rice bowl. I'd understand if they said that they cannot separate the black beans but they didn't, so now I'm frustrated, and I have soup that's not going to be eaten. This is not the first time that this Tims has messed up my order, and this is the last time I'm going to be eating...
